3 Ten plumbing did a great job replacing main water supply to house after determining it was source of leak. Straightforward communication and commitment to getting job done right. Some difficult rocks required adjustment to original plans but worked through it well to finish repair quickly and at a great price.

Usually, I'm too lazy to write a Yelp review, but 3 TEN Plumbing truly deserves one for their exceptional service!I was impressed by how quickly John S. diagnosed our drainage blockage just by looking at the clean-out hole in the garage. He immediately determined that the issue wasn’t in the section from the hole to the street. Another plumbing company had told me that section needed a lining, quoting me $20,000, but John was confident that wasn’t the case.John was very smart and efficient — instead of removing our toilet to snake the line, he simply snaked through a shower drain next to the toilet. He found that tree roots had invaded the pipe. Realizing that meant our pipes were likely broken, we decided to replace them based on John’s recommendation.On the first day, Kevin and Cannon made up the team. They worked perfectly together — Kevin was extremely knowledgeable, and Cannon was a great assistant. As expected, they dug out all the broken pipes and replaced them with new ABS piping. We also had them replace the old piping in the kitchen area.During the job, Kevin discovered that the pipe to the bar sink was half rotten and leaking water into the exterior wall. Even though this was outside the original scope of work, he quickly fixed it by cutting an opening in the wall — and didn’t charge extra! I really appreciated that level of care and integrity.All in all, they finished everything in just two days. Job well done! We couldn’t be happier!
