Called in for a consultation for a new Nortiz tankless water heater (NRCR111-DV). Amanda quickly responded and was able to get us set up with a next day appointment. Eric answered the call and we couldnt have been happier. He was very knowledgeable and able to address all of our questions before developing a comprehensive quote.
