John came out to help with a sewer backup issue at my home and did an excellent job. He was very personable, took the time to clearly explain what was going on, and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. I really appreciated how professional and easy he was to work with. I would definitely recommend John to anyone who needs plumbing work done, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again for future service.
Tristan and Matt initially came and conducted a complete home electrical inspection. They the provided us with a description of what they observed and the estimated cost, should we decide to allow Hoover to execute the work that was required.Matt, Eric and Ryan returned a week later and completed the job. The TEAM went above and beyond to ensure that the works requested (installing new lights, changing and upgrading panels etc.) were done to our satisfaction. They were thorough in what they did and would love if they received a bonus. GREAT JOB!
Trevor and Hoover Electric and Plumbing replaced my entire Sewer line and lined the outside pipe. Everyone was very professional, polite did a fantastic job. They showed up on time and did a great clean up job!
Matt arrived on time, allowed us to explain to him what we wanted. Which was electrical outlets and pluggs updated. He looked at the project gave us a quote, we excepted the quote and he completed the job. Hevalso did a whole house inspection at no cost to us. We have additional things that we would like to have done at a later time and he gave us a quote for that as well. We will definitely be calling him back. I highly recommend him.
Very neat and beautiful work. I know of only one other person that takes as much pride in their work as Keith. The craftsmanship from all hoover's people showed we pick the right company. From Matt Wilcox (the sales team) all the way to the installation.I did have lesser quotes, but Hoover won me over.
