I was contacted quickly after submitting a service request from their website. 5 Stars just doesn’t do justice. This company is truly LEGIT, and the simple actions of their responsiveness and communication within a couple hours today has earned them my business forever. Very impressed, and not used to this level of customer service. I’m glad to see some companies out there are still doing it right, the old fashioned way.
Duvall / Drew did a great job on our plumbing emergency repair. Called them at 5:30pm and Drew was flat our house an hour later to fix a leak behind our interior wall. I found the leak and he fixed it. Great job all around!
