He made sure I understood the problem, the solution and the cost. He planned the plan and then worked the plan. I am a very happy customer. Now if their HVAC guys are as good.......

Duvall / Drew did a great job on our plumbing emergency repair. Called them at 5:30pm and Drew was flat our house an hour later to fix a leak behind our interior wall. I found the leak and he fixed it. Great job all around!
