James is the young man that came out to fix my toilet. I knew it’d only be about a 10 minute job. But when I called Klaus and Son, I asked what their service fee is to come out. She told me that there were no service fees , and when James gets here, he will tell me how much it is. That is not the TRUTH!! . I was very upset when James told me.. just to come out it’s $135. So they do have a SERVICE FEE everyone.. . It doesn’t matter if they’re there five minutes.. it is going to be $135 plus parts..
Klaus & Sons provided excellent service for our water heater issue. They visited us twice, first to diagnose the issue and then with the fix once the part arrived. Jake was dispatched to facilitate the repair and I was very impressed over the level of care and attention to our water heater and our plumbing system as a whole. He provided some recommendations on how to maintain our water heater, detailed new code regulations that will need to be addressed once a new complete unit is needed, and overall left me feeling informed and very happy with his attention to detail. We happily will be working with Klaus & Sons for any future needs.
Most plumbers are crooks. I had to call 5 different places to finally find Klaus & Sons. Every place either wouldn’t give me a quote or the wanted to charge me $1400 for hydro cleaning. Klaus gave me a quote over the phone for $475! This technician came out and fixed it for $189, no hydro cleaning needed. I will always offer return business to competent and honest workers. Thank you!
I got my home repiped. The price was great!!!! The work was great! James was very professional he and his team worked diligently to get the job done and quick. He explained the whole process to me and answered all of my questions/ concerns.
We called Klaus and son’s to check a water leak under the kitchen sink. The dispatch (Monica) was able to find an available technician to come out in the next 2 hours on same day. Jake was the name of the technician who explained the best solution to resolve this issue. The work took about 2 1/2 hours and we are very happy with the results. He has done a great job. If you have any plumbing issues I strongly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.02/03/2024. Reached out to Klaus and Son’s for a leaky kitchen faucet. Tim the technician did a great job by removing and replacing the faucet with a new one. At the end he checked all the pipes to make sure that there are no more leaks . I strongly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. Two thumbs up. ????
