Looking at this faucet, who’d think a partially working cartridge inside it could create such havoc in a house? Bought the house 3 yrs ago with a funky, mostly working shower valve in one bathroom. Turns out that 2 of these cartridges (each one a control of the 2 separate showers in the house) plus the check valve on the water line had the hot water so wonky. Good thing we had Brandon to figure things out. My only complaint is, why didn’t we have Brandon come to help us earlier. Huge thanks for the excellent service, Vernon Air Conditioning !!! Now we have hot water every where, whenever we need it.

Luke arrived promptly at 8:00am. We discussed the issues and Luke got right to work Repaired and replaced the issues we were having a new wifi thermostat checked all furnace components and edited everything was working He was constantly on the move and was thorough Third company we have had out to fix the issue and so far everything works Thanks Luke And Vernon Air Conditioning

Thank you to Brian and his team for their good prices and great service. Brian’s estimates were precise, no hidden costs. Their honesty saved me almost $900 because once my old furnace was removed the furnace tech Jimmy said my air conditioner coil didn’t need to be replaced. All of the service men did great work. Jeff, Andrew, Harm and Jimmy were friendly and very efficient. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. So happy with there work.

These guys are as good as it gets in Vernon. I’ve used them for all my HVAC, plumbing, and heating needs for the past five years. Early on, I unfortunately tried Aslan and Fox on two separate occasions and was left disappointed, which only reinforced how solid Vernon Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical Services really is. Their technicians consistently deliver top-notch work, act professionally, and go above and beyond. They’re friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly take pride in what they do. That said, their quoting process is confusing — and, in my case, misleading. I requested a quote for a job and received one promptly, only to discover after all the work was completed and invoices submitted that the quote covered only “stage one” of a two-stage job. This wasn’t made clear upfront as a second quote for “stage two” was never provided. No one has been able to adequately explain how or why this happened, and the owner openly acknowledged that their quotes can be confusing and that their quoting system may need improvement moving forward. Unfortunately, this left me with over $2,000 in unexpected charges for “stage two” of a job I reasonably believed had already been quoted. Who quotes only half a job? Bottom line: the work is excellent, and I genuinely like and respect this company. I hope to continue using them for years to come. However, I won’t rely on their quotes again — I’ll treat pricing as a gamble and hope it works out better than a weekend in Vegas.

Just had all my furnace ducts cleaned by dirty ducts. (Vernon Air Conditioning). So impressed, right from the initial contact to the very end. They were all very friendly and super efficient. Right from the office staff to the servicemen. I didn’t get the name of the young guy who cleaned my ducts, but he did a fantastic job. He was polite and did an amazing, thorough job and left everything clean. Without a doubt will call them again when it’s time to service my furnace.
