Xced came out and did our Fortis dual fuel heat pump rebate upgrades. Fortis (for reasons unknown) decided we didn’t deserve our all-but guaranteed rebate even though Xced followed 100% of the guidelines set out by Fortis. Trent from Xced dug in deep and fought relentlessly to get our rebate decision reversed and finally approved. On top of all this, their installation was quick, clean and very professional. So in short, I absolutely do highly recommend Xced for any plumbing or heating work you may have.
Outstanding! I couldn't be happier with these folks. I wanted to upgrade my old hot water tank to a new tankless system. They showed up on time to quote the job, explained the modifications needed to be done to retrofit my old house and I had a detailed quote with parts and labor by the end of the same day. I agreed to the work and we settled on a time frame that met both of our schedules. Again they showed up on time, were very polite to me and my dog (who is quite rude herself), offered me advice on another small plumbing project I was working on myself and replaced an out of date gas shut off valve on my furnace. You know that little warranty registration card that comes with new appliances? They filled it out and sent it in, I don't know if that's standard for a water heater but I was thrilled when I got an email from the manufacturer before my payment cleared. I would recommend Xced to anyone who needs plumbing or HVAC
I called the plumming service for a water leak from my bathroom on Wednesday. They come to fix, it gets better but still leak. I called them back after a day, they told us to come the next day, but cancelled and rebooked on the following Tuesday. Then I waited until 1pm on Tuesday and they called to rebook on Wednesday but we have to delay to Friday as our schedule is pretty tight with work and children. It is the first time I gave a bad review for a local service like this. Very disappointed!Couple hours after the review, I got a call from a lady from the company. She told me the review was unfair for them as the miscommunication between me, the receiptionist and my husband. After a while, the lady blamed me that I misunderstood her, another man jumped on and said that I didn’t listen to them, talked to much and I didn’t communicate as human being. How fun the story is! They hung up my phone with the last sentence “we’re done the service with you”. I would like to laugh as human beings provided incompleted service, called and discussed with non-human being. It was such an interesting phone negotiation! Good luck for all! This is my last post about your response.I understand your business should build the trust to client. However, you miscomunicated with clients twice, the first time was when I booked the service, and the second time was when I called to ask you come back. Today, after my review, you called and kept blaming us about missing communication. I remembered on the phone you told me you would come on Monday, I gave you my husband’s phone to call him to contact when your crew came. It was end up that you left a message to him that you couldn’t come on Monday. He called you back on the same day, and you asked him to come on Tuesday noon. We agreed with the appointment and I waited until 1pm, then my husband got a phone call from you at 1pm saying that you couldn’t come. How good communication you gave the client! you told me rude on the phone but you and your cowooker kept fighting back to me on the phone, gave me the best phrase of “not communicate as human beings”. Thanks for your clarification and definition about rudeness and human being’s communication! If your call after the review was more reasonable and negotiable instead of blaming, using impressed phrases, the matter would be less stress for both.I end this game here. Thanks again for an interesting experience!
Called to have a qoute done on a water heater. Owner came over quickly, estimated a great price and employee was over next week and had it done in 3 hours.Great customer service, price was very good and even called to follow up to make sure everything went well.10/10 would recomend
The Xced crew completed a full poly b replacement at my house in one day. They opened up the bare minimum amount of drywall in order to complete the task and they were the most reasonably priced quote we received. The crew was very friendly and considerate as we have a 4 month old baby in the house they got things done as quickly and quietly as possible. They scheduled the work the week after we got their quote. Very efficient all around.
