We had an incredible experience with Super Plumber last week at my parents’ house. The plumber, Antoine, was extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced. He quickly diagnosed the issue and handled everything with confidence and professionalism.We were honestly blown away by the level of expertise and the quality of his work. Everything was done cleanly, efficiently, and with great attention to detail.We are 100% satisfied and would absolutely call Super Plumber again. Next time, we will definitely be asking for Antoine — truly a super plumber!
Antoine came and fixed both taps which were under warranty. for some strange reason Even both were replaced 3 Months ago, they both Seized. He was efficient, Polite. Also, he didn’t make a mess. It’s so nice to deal with a company and workers who clean up after their work. I had a good experience before and follow up with Super plumber I highly recommend themPreviously, I had a new water shut off with a pressure reducing valve installed by the super plumber and so far it’s been working beautifully It’s nice to be able to monitor the water pressure in the house and control it without calling the plumber in the future. I have included pictures of this Previous work because it will make such a difference and hope that It will help anyone looking to make the same upgrade in their house.
Our outdoor pipes were filled with roots and needed to be replaced. We dug the hole and the plumber came to replace all the pipes and put access tubes so they could be cleaned out more easily. They came over the holidays and we didn’t have to wait more than 1 day for service. Pipes are replaced and everything works!
We had some issues after work was done. Ivan came out diagnosed the problem and quickly fixed it. Our overall experience with SuperPlumber was a bit frustrating with first technician. Company backed there guarantee and rectified it quickly.
I’m so impressed with Super Plumber! Another company charged me $177 and told me my sump pump had to be replaced for around $4,000. I wasn’t convinced, because my sump pump was newly installed—less than a year old. So I called Super Plumber for a second opinion, and they truly lived up to their reputation.Antoine was friendly, came twice on Saturday night, and worked late to complete the inspection. He told me that the repair would cost around $1,000 and would be done by Monday — and they delivered exactly as promised. The final bill was $1,184 including three fees. Although not a small amount, it was by far the most reasonable and practical solution compared to replacing the whole unit.My tenant could use the washroom again by Monday, and I’m beyond grateful. Excellent service, honest pricing, and fast response — highly recommend!
