Kaleb, Komin and Ty were awesome! They replaced the water heater at my aunt’s house while I was house sitting. They were professional and respectful at all times. Kaleb was informative throughout the entire water heater replacement. After installation was complete, Kaleb explained what was done, how to know if it’s working correctly and what to do if it’s not. They cleaned the work area. I would definitely recommend them to family, friends and neighbors.

I had a great experience with Armando from John Stevenson Plumbing. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. He took the time to answer every question I had and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. He worked quickly but didn’t rush, and it was clear he really knows his craft. Communication was solid the entire time, which made the whole situation a lot less stressful. During the water leak, he was calm and reassuring, and even offered to help clean up the garage that meant a lot. It’s rare to find someone who’s not only skilled but also genuinely cares about the customer. If ratings went past 5 stars, he’d easily be a 10. I’m really glad I reached out to John Stevenson Plumbing and got connected with Armando. Highly recommend
