When I called and talked to Nathan about the leak, he was upfront about hiring a leak detection specialist to identify the problem so they can come out to fix the plumbing. When they came out, they gave me a fixed price to fix the issue. No overtime charges even though they had to repipe multiple times to fix the issue. Their pricing isn't the cheapest but they are reasonable. They are very friendly, and I love to support the local small business. Highly recommended!
