Always very helpful with excellent customer service. They really go above and beyond to help you troubleshoot problems. I drive past Harbor Freight, Locke, and Lowes to get to them, but it is well worth it.

I am not a plumber but i do remodels and from time to time i have plumbing needs and questions. Smoot Anderson has NEVER disappointed me! Every time i have gone Keith or Heath (unsure of which lol) has helped me and every time He knocks it out of the park!! Customer for life here…
The staff were super friendly and helpful. As a young woman who went in alone, I did not feel dismissed or talked down to. I got what I came for after Lowe’s, Home Depot, Amazon, Harbor Freight, and Northern Tool & Equipment couldn’t help me.
I felt welcomed walking into Smoot Anderson and was immediately helped by a gentleman who I didn’t catch his name, but he took his time explaining to me and was helping me pick out parts to fix a leaky bathtub faucet.
