The total experience was easy. The removal team was professional, removed old equipment and staged the new. The following day the installation crew of Chris and Tyler were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Looks great, works great. Kyle quoted many options for us and also was super in regard to answering questions, highlighting Pros & Cons and listening to what was important to us. This is the 3rd experience with Martel and all of them have been positive. we'd use them again in a heartbeat.
When I called for an appointment, I was assured Kyle would be on time…he wasn’t, he was pleasantly early!!He was thorough with his walk through and gave me a good education.I received the price electronically and was able to approve the project immediately.The boiler removal process was easy and the guys were neat and clean…the next morning, the installers came and completed over an hour early, which for me was great!!Stellar job, and I highly recommend.
