Overall fantastic experience from booking the appointment to job completion. I used their online booking option, received a callback shortly after and an appointment scheduled for that same day. Adam and Ethan showed up within the scheduled window and were great! Super happy with completed work and very reasonable pricing. Will definitely be using them again for some additional work needed.

Had Sos back on December 16th to replace my boiler, and hot water heater. They did a great job with the installation, had heat the same day. They stayed till I had heat.
Came back the next day for couple touch ups and clean up. The pricing was great
New boiler looks great have continuous hot water. And now have a lot more room in the basement.

He ended up having to cut into a wall to find the leak, cut out the piping, reinstall new piping, leak test etc. Once the wall was opened we found black mold and SOS plumbing reached out immediately to a restoration company. I cannot say enough about how thorough and professional they were. They even did a good clean up of the work site. I highly recommend them for plumbing repairs

Jacob and Nate (and crew) are the absolute best. They installed a sump pump (which was a pretty big project), replaced a leaking hot water tank, and just today did routine boiler maintenance. They're straight forward with repair & pricing options by explaining what's happening in simple terms. They show up when they say they're going to, get work done quickly, use mats to protect your floors, and are always kind to my kids and pets. I'm extremely confident their pricing is in line with industry standards, but honestly, given the quality of work, responsiveness, and professionalism I've seen so far—I wouldn't dream of hiring someone else just to save a couple of bucks. It's worth mentioning I originally found these guys on Google, and wasn't sure what to expect (probably just like you), but decided to give them a shot after reading some reviews. Hopefully this review helps you do the same. You'll be glad you gave them a call.

On a Saturday morning, my cast iron sewer drain cracked and sewage started flooding into my basement. As a new homeowner, I was incredibly overwhelmed and unsure of what to do. Jacob, the owner of the company, came out on very short notice, even though it was after hours. He was calm, professional, and immediately connected me with a cleaning company that responded quickly, handled the cleanup, and gave me clear guidance on what steps to take next.

Jacob understood how urgent and stressful the situation was, and made every effort to get me on the schedule as quickly as possible. He was transparent about the pricing, which I found to be very reasonable considering the scope of work involved.

Matt, Adam, and Jake arrived early and worked throughout the day until the job was completed with great care and attention to detail. It was clear they treated the project as if it were their own home. They were professional, thorough, and also brought a positive attitude that made the entire experience much easier to handle.

Everyone I interacted with whether through Jacob’s team or the partners he referred were honest, compassionate, and genuinely cared about the outcome. Because of the exceptional service I received, I’ve already scheduled a follow-up appointment for preventative maintenance.

The name SOS is fitting—they truly came through during a moment of real crisis. I’m incredibly grateful to Jacob and his entire team, and I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of dependable, responsive, and trustworthy service.
