Justin did a fantastic job. He was knowledgeable and was able to repair leak fast. He was professional and courteous. There were some minor scheduling issues but that was all made up for by Justin’s friendly customer service and performance
I cannot recommend Vanguard Plumbing. Their billing method seems based on what they consider "value billing" rather than a simple published hourly rate. My technician mentioned that he was only billing me for one hour and then later only 45 minutes before presenting a bill for $500+. There were no materials provided, only labor, one man. The leak was fixed but the cost was excessive.
Had a water heater flush just now. Big shout to the technician Justin. He is a great young man and technician. He was very thorough about the things he was going to do. He patiently answered all my questions (I had many questions as a new homeowner) and took care of everything. He not only flushed the water heater as planned, he also nicely went through all the sinks and toilets and highlighted things that need to be addressed. Justin was polite, professional and cleaned up everything when he finished.Vanguard the company was upfront about what’s going to happen and the costs associated. They kept me updates about the appointment. Highly recommended!-Kevin
