I cannot recommend Vanguard Plumbing. Their billing method seems based on what they consider "value billing" rather than a simple published hourly rate. My technician mentioned that he was only billing me for one hour and then later only 45 minutes before presenting a bill for $500+. There were no materials provided, only labor, one man. The leak was fixed but the cost was excessive.

Had a water heater flush just now. Big shout to the technician Justin. He is a great young man and technician. He was very thorough about the things he was going to do. He patiently answered all my questions (I had many questions as a new homeowner) and took care of everything. He not only flushed the water heater as planned, he also nicely went through all the sinks and toilets and highlighted things that need to be addressed. Justin was polite, professional and cleaned up everything when he finished.

Vanguard the company was upfront about what’s going to happen and the costs associated. They kept me updates about the appointment. Highly recommended!

Send me a call vanguard plumbing, they were able to get a technician named Justin out in just about 2 hours. I can tell you how phenomenal he was.
Incredible demeanor, polite, well spoken, respectful. Explained everything in the process to me ahead of time. Made sure I was okay with the work he was going to perform and the cost. And when he was wrapping up he showed me on the camera my drain pipe, even helped clean up my bathroom from the issue that happened before he was even there. Great young guy.

Highly recommend. Very responsive and professional. Both times we used them everything ran on time. Very fair pricing. I love their software that sends reminders of the appointment and that I can pay my invoice online before Tim has even pulled out of the driveway! We had two outdoor spigots put in and a leaky tub repaired. We are lucky to have Vanguard in our area!
