If I could give negative stars I would! I could write a book on the terrible professionalism from the original tech I had, jack, and how egregious his service was, but that’s not the worst part. My services from them were almost one year ago to the day, they came for a routine drain snaking and poked a hole in my pipe and then spent the next 5 hours completely destroying my dining room beneath the bathroom, charging me to create the damages since they charge to cut into anything even when it’s their fault they have too, and super destroying my carpet in my dining room since he didn’t put plastic down until halfway through the job when dirty water had been leaking for about an hour down onto my carpet. That’s not the kicker, the kicker is that when this tech left he left me a bottle of ‘liquid lightening’ and told me that I could use that if I had a blockage again, & having 3 curly haired girls in the house that was a possibility. So last week my drain got slow so I used the product & surprise surprise it bubbled up out of the p trap they replaced for me and dripped acid all over my already ruined carpet making it unsafe & I had to cut that square up AND remove the 2 ceiling tiles I already replaced from their destruction. I called Bergen heating to come look at it & see if the acid melted the pipe or what the problem was & NO IT DID NOT MELT THE PIPE THE P-TRAP WAS NEVER EVEN TIGHTENED ON!!!!!!! Then he gave me a product that is very dangerous and corrosive that bubbles up & recommended I dump that in there if I ever needed too. So for the second time I am doing repairs in my bathroom and dining room from the negligence of this company! I was not even rude when they completely destroyed my house so I can’t believe they did that. I literally couldn’t recommend NOT using a company more. Terrible terrible con ain’t overpriced and very unprofessional!!!
Brad was GREAT! Gave very helpful tips for keeping my furnace and water pipes working well. He explained things as he continued to clean and look over my furnace and all! Definitely appreciate all Brad did and how professional yet friendly he was!
I had no heat in my furnace, so I called Dalton to come out to take a look at it. They arrived a couple hours after I called and got me running. The technicians were very knowledgeable and got it fixed quickly. They were also incredibly friendly and explained the best options available. I also asked about adding heat to my basement and they provided a quote right then and I was able to get my basement heated within a couple of days. Great company and people! Highly recommend!
Dalton just completed an install of six (heating and cooling) mini splits at my house. The equipment is excellent and the installation was fast, clean and on schedule. No mess whatsoever, and attention to aesthetic was impressive. The team walked me through operation and they worked within my budget. Definitely recommend.
