Our boiler furnace (Weil McLein) stopped working in this cold and we got a service call very quickly! Chris was polite, informative and had the boiler up and running after replacing three parts, cleaning and servicing it. He even cleaned up the floor of wet boot marks! Very happy with the service! The second time, we called Kastl and Zuch, who quickly cleared the pipes of tree roots for a very reasonable charge, which included a useful video which we will help us find a long-term solution.
