Very happy with the service for swapping out an old toilet and adding a bidet seat. Accurate quote, quick communication, showed up right on time, completed the job quickly, and left the work area clean.The work was done in my SILs home and she is currently undergoing chemo. Plumber was more than kind in accommodating an exact time window for the service, a time window that we had to change repeatedly based on my SILs health and doctor appointments. We really appreciated him working with us on the timing of this job. I’d be happy to use his services again.

Dave changed out several faucets for us: the kitchen sink, a bathroom sink, and a bathtub spout diverter. His communication was excellent. From our first contact, he was able to give me an accurate estimate, several appointment options, and he was able to perform our repairs very quickly. He arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. Our kitchen sink faucet wasn’t the easiest removal but Dave was still able to complete that process smoothly and timely. Had another company come out to “fix” our water heater, but within a week it was leaking and needed replacement. This time, I spent the time to look up a quality, highly reputable plumber with great customer reviews and that led me to Dave at Waukesha Plumbing. And as it turns out, all the great reviews and experiences were true, because I also had a great experience! Dave is an excellent communicator and really tried to help us out as soon as he could, which was very appreciated! We had an appointment for Friday but when our water heater stopped working completely, Dave was flexible and moved us up to ensure we had hot water. He came right on time, and was just wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!
