It seems this company has a huge issue with following schedule/appointment. Scheduled an appointment for issue with random tripping breaker. It has been affecting two kids bedrooms, bathroom and utility for last few days. Late afternoon got a message that their technician will not be able to make to my home and asking for my availability the next week. I think they believe it's appropriate way with customers. I thought to get their help with my AC as well, but not any more. Based on other reviews, it seems it happens very often with this company.

I called at 5:30 and requested for my service request to be cancelled if I had to wait past 8:00. The dispatchers were polite but explained that all they could do was notify the plumber of my updated ETA request. I never heard back from a plumber.
