I cannot recommend Plumberoo Plumbing enough — especially Gary! After another company reported that a hydrostatic plumbing test had “failed,” it sent us into a full day of stress thinking there was a major plumbing issue under the home. We called Gary for a second opinion, and he came out the SAME day. Gary was incredibly communicative, professional, and honest from start to finish. With 37 years of experience, he quickly identified that the original test may not have been performed correctly. He redid the hydrostatic test properly and confirmed there were actually NO leaks and NO plumbing failure at all. What impressed me most was his integrity. He could have easily taken advantage of the situation, but instead he took the time to explain everything thoroughly, gave us peace of mind, and didn’t charge us a dime. That kind of honesty and experience is rare these days. Gary has absolutely earned my trust and will be my go-to plumber from now on. Gary at Plumberoo is like a modern day McGiver. He’s a master plumber who has been in the business for 37 years. He was able to diagnose our water issue out at possum kingdom lake and replaced our hot water heaters and replaced our sink and shower cartridges as well. He did a thorough job and offered impeccable customer service. So glad to of finally found a plumber that I can trust to service our lake house.
