This dude is the man. I battled an epic frozen poop monster for 4 days. From the house for 3 days then from the tank towards the house for another day. Scott came in and figured out that there was in fact a third tank hidden underground between the house and the 2-stage tank that we thought was our main tank without even being able to see it since both ends were lost under water. He told me exactly what to do and I trusted his deductive reasoning going back into battle to take my last stand against the frozen fecal fiesta. Just got everything buttoned up before the wife and kids got home looking like a real hero, but the real hero is Scott Best, the septic ninja.

Absolutely pleased with their service . One of the brothers was able to come the same day. He was very pleasant, he was able to diagnose the problem right away. Some procedure were needed like remove an old ( bell )drainage system. He did. Then cleared the the line, took out some roots, even suggested a maintenance program.And all this for a super affordable fee.My contractor was here at the time and will also use their services in the future.
