Needed urgent work done due to a blockage. 1) Didn't come prepared to unblock a blockage AT ALL. Literally was the reason why we called. We told them the issue. 2)They were trying to upsell saying the best they could do would cost 1700-2700... for a BLOCKAGE of something that we have dealt with in the past that was easily dealt with for a FRACTION of that cost in the past. When we told them absolutely not Mikes demeanor COMPLETELY changed and did a 180. Mike shows up in a fancy car with NO tools prepared to do a job. Charge you $168 to walk in the door for an urgent matter that you then have to "schedule" for another day... Disgusting service. Do NOT recommend.FYI because Mike wouldn't listen... we've had a camera in our pipes and there was NEVER any "collapses" like he says there are. How do you know Mike? Did you look? No. You got pissy when we told you no because you were hoping for an easy sale. Absolutly not.
Buyer beware of Superior plumbing. I had some emergency service done last year all paid for and they tried to sign me up for a yearly membership which I declined. A year later they attempted to bill my credit card card for 124.30. When I called to question it the admin person was very arrogant and no apology or explanation. It was as if she regretted getting caught. This is a despicable practice and I hope they haven’t been scamming seniors in Niagara. Stay away from companies who act in bad faith.
I’m so pleased with the service we got from Superior Plumbing. They were excellent. I called them about a broken flow valve in the toilet tank and they had Kurtis out the same day to have a look at it. Kurtis was extremely friendly and professional. He had great customer service skills explaining everything he needed to fix and options we had. Kurtis fixed the problem quickly and did a great job. I would definitely recommend Kurtis and this company for any plumbing problems.The only issue I had was with the receptionist-I could hardly hear them and they were extremely difficult to understand. Maybe it was their headset or a bad phone line but it sounded like they were mumbling. Otherwise, everything was great! ??
We needed new shower taps. And we assumed we would need to get the tile repaired afterwards.Since our double faucets were at a lower level they put the new single tap at the same location so we did not need any tile repairs.We prefer the taps at the lower level for taking a bath so it worked out great.Cedric and Matthew who did the work did a great job.We would recommend Superior Plumbing.
We've had issues with our kitchen drain for years. This last time it backed up, I had inquired about the hydro-jet. The technician came and assessed a confirmed the blockage felt the hydro-jet would be the best course. 2 other technicians came the next day with and preformed the service quickly after confirming what it was I wanted to ensure I had all the right information. With an hour they were finished. And cleaned up quickly as if they weren't even there.Thanks again Superior Plumbing and Heating of Welland
