Tony at JET Plumbing is the plumber you want on speed dial in the West Hartford area. He’s helped me with both planned projects and urgent issues—he came quickly to fix an emergency leak, fixed a toilet upstairs, and on another visit installed a new toilet downstairs.

Today, Tony walked me through installing an under-sink water filtration system and a new faucet, step-by-step, so everything was done correctly and safely. Tony and his team are professional, friendly, and extremely conscientious—they communicate clearly, do clean, careful work, and are meticulous about keeping the house spotless.

Our daughter moved into a new house and the hot water was running brown and cloudy. After several attempts to flush the system and troubleshoot, it was clear we needed an expert.

I called Jet Plumbing at 7:30am on a Friday and asked if they could come out. Tony was there within a couple of hours and just a couple of hours after that, we had a new hot water heater. Tony and his brother were professional, efficient and friendly. Not only did he install the heater, he instructed us on how to maintain it going forward.

I highly recommend Jet Plumbing. He exceeded our expectations - we never imagined we’d have a water heater the same day. Tony provided excellent service at a reasonable price.

He went over all options in detail, to help us decide what we should do. Tuesday, it turned into an emergency and he came right away.
