Awesome experience. Friendly customer service from Marina who proactively communicated delays via phone calls and text messages. Service Technician Kennedy was a game changer as well. He was extremely pleasant, professional, and efficient. He answered all my questions and ensured all my needs were met. Great job! I high recommend their service.

Roto-rooter saved my day! I had a contractor at my home working on a job that required the water to be shut off to my entire home. When, the main water shut off was turned off, the faucets were still dripping water. My contractor could not get started on his job. Roto-Rooter was able to come out to my home within 45 minutes of my initial call. Roto-Rooter was able to troubleshoot my problem and did not try to push unnecessary services on me. They didn't even charge me a trip fee! The plumber that came to my home was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. Thanks to Roto-Rooter my contractor already at my home was able to get back to work.

I had a great interaction with Chris, who is one of the plumbers. He was very knowledgeable on services and made me feel comfortable that he knew what he was doing. Very professional and on time! Having someone in your personal space is never easy but Chris definitely made things better. Gotta love when people love their jobs. The free inspection helps too. Highly recommend!

I am extremely disappointed with the pricing for my recent garbage disposal replacement. I was charged $950 for a job that took the technician only 50 minutes to complete. While the technician was professional, the labor rate works out to be astronomical. I feel completely overcharged for a standard, less-than-one-hour repair. I would recommend getting a firm quote elsewhere before booking.

A manager contacted me via phone the next day. The manager was dismissive, stating I should have "done my research" beforehand. This ignores the fact that I didn't know the unit required a full replacement until the technician diagnosed it on-site. I was essentially penalized for trusting their professional assessment in the moment. The manager refused to provide specific numbers for parts or labor, offered zero transparency, and made no effort to resolve the dispute.
