When our hot water heater died we called Anthony at AJM Heating and Plumbing and got a quick response and two fair estimates from some pictures we sent. We moved forward and Anthony's colleague Chris was over in about 30 minutes to prep the old water heater for removal while Anthony sourced the replacement. Both men were friendly, professional, and efficient. They answered our questions and carefully removed the old heater then brought in the new one which was soon up and running. A quick call in the morning got us warm water in the afternoon! We will be using AJM Heating and Plumbing again in the future and recommend them 5/5 stars...Thank you for the excellent and rapid service, Anthony and Chris!
Anthony is great. Quick and effective communication, always responds and doesn't jerk you around with pricing. Does the work in a timely manner and the workmanship seems to be high quality. I've had him replace a water heater and a sillcock, both were completed within 1 week of me requesting the work and the pricing was fair. Will continue to work with him on all future plumbing needs.
Needed to replace my combi-boiler due to a gas leak out of the combustion chamber before the onset of winter. Havebeen using Anthony an co. for a few years now and had no issues setting up a time a date to have it replaced. Day of was quick and painless, fast and professional job. My old navien did a commendable job for what was asked of it, but the new Alta unit seems like a pretty decent upgrade. Would highly recommend for any plumbing needs.
Anthony and his team came in and did fantastic work on installing a new gas combi boiler. I appreciated that they treated you with respect, and didn’t mind taking the time to explain everything that they will do, and providing expectations of new system vs old. He went through a lot of detail around the system he recommends, which was great to know.They also went beyond what they needed to do, which is appreciated, all at a reasonable price as well. Everything was installed within 1 day too, which is fantastic. I’d definitely get them for future projects.Edit: I’ve had 2 different electric companies come for service, and both of them said “Wow”, as they took pictures of the system. One of them even calling it the “Monalisa” of installs. I think when other professionals start commenting on your system, you know you are in good hands.
