Brandon the plumber was very knowledgeable, honest and helpful when it came to making a decision on what we needed done and explained the work in a way it was easy to understand. Excellent service. The lead technician Hayden Behm was very professional, punctual, and clearly experienced. He quickly found the problem and fixed it efficiently. He also took the time to explain what caused the issue and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend.

We had an excellent experience with Fast Lane Plumbing, and especially with Brandon. Our sink was completely clogged, and Brandon was able to come in and resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and very transparent about what was going on. He took the time to explain the different options available to us, gave his honest recommendation, and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. It was clear right away that he genuinely cares about doing the job properly and helping his customers. Brandon worked quickly and was able to get the drain cleaned out in no time. Pleasant from the first contact. The lovely lady on the phone clearly explained how the process worked. Evan and Brandon came and assessed the problem and provided me with a quote before starting any work. Which was great (no surprises). The work was quick and exceptional. They even cleaned up afterwards. I will definitely use this company for any future plumbing needs.

This company is phenomenal and I can't recommend them enough! They were professional and easy to work with, right from the start! My wife and I had a terrible clog in our kitchen sink.. We tried everything under the sun (home remedies, a smaller snake, Drano etc.).. Nothing was working! We contacted Fast Lane Plumbing..they sent Brandon and Silas..they showed up promptly and ready to go... After some inspection of the drain pipe, they found a huge buildup of grease (probably about 15 - 20 years worth).. Because of this, they had to come back next day, with a bigger snake, to complete the job.. Again, both Brandon and Silas showed up the next day, as promised.. Got to work, right away, and after 2 - 3 hours of work, they were able to clear the clog!!! They quoted us a more than reasonable price and now we have a working kitchen sink!
