My water heater broke down last night. I called Hilltop at 8:30 the next morning and they were able to send a crew to replace my old water heater at 10:30 am within 2 hours. They are really fast service. The water heater replacement was done efficiently, and the job was finished at 1 pm. I had hot water again at 2:30. This is excellent and fast service.

We recently hired Hilltop Plumbing and Heating to replace our old gas furnace with a dual-fuel high efficiency furnace. We could not be happier with their service. Hilltop’s prices were as good as or better than other quotes we received. Their service team were great at working around our schedule to coordinate the upgrade. The installation team, lead by Jeff, was top notch - professional and high quality work. Hilltop went above and beyond during the installation to address issues with the existing cold air return, and reduce furnace noise. They also worked seamlessly with Hilltop Electrical to coordinate with an electrical panel upgrade. We would not hesitate recommending Hilltop to others!

We have not experienced such an expeditious response from any other service provider. The repair technician, Edward; was knowledgeable, experienced, methodical, conscientious and professional. He thoroughly explained each step of the repair process, provided options and recommendations to reduce cost and avoid future problems. The repair was carried out in less than one hour. I have used Hilltop Plumbing many years ago, and my assessment of this firm has elevated to an even higher standard.
