I had a very disappointing experience with Ocean Park Plumbing.They recommended and installed a water tank system for my house, claiming they had extensive experience installing this type of system. However, after installation, it became clear that they were not knowledgeable or professional in handling it properly.Since the installation, we have had ongoing and repeated issues, including:No hot water at timesUnderground water heater not workingSome zones with no heatAt times, the entire house has no heatHeating system turning on and off inconsistentlyThey sent technicians at least five times or more within one year, but each visit only resulted in new or different problems rather than a permanent solution.Most concerning, after their most recent “fix,” my house was left without heat for two full days during winter. I contacted them immediately to return and correct the issue, but they did not respond.This has caused significant stress, inconvenience, and concern for safety during cold weather. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Ocean Park Plumbing for water tank or heating system installations.

My water tank leaked yesterday, and I checked on google for a plumbing service provider. Luckily, I found ocean park plumbing and heating, Clint came promptly and told me that I have to replace a new tank. Today, he replaced a new tank and set up everything perfectly. Awesome experience and high quality service, friendly guy! Lucky to have them at my neighborhood.
We used Ocean Park Plumbing and Heating when we renovated our old bathroom. They extracted the 40 year old pipes, roughed in the new ones, and were helpful in picking out the right fixtures at a reasonable price. The work was fantastic and I'd recommend them for all your plumbing/heating needs...not to mention the logo on the driver-side door of the company van is awesome!
I used OPP last month to fix the dishwasher and toilets in my rental suite. Dustin and his colleague were on time, helpful, and very courteous to my tenants. They were quick, the price was great, and overall the service was excellent. I would definitely use OPP again!
