Craig and Bryan were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and quickly resolved issues with both my hot water heater and a leaking shower—without it costing me a lot of money. On the morning of 26 Jan 26, Craig & Bryan came out to potentially repair or replace my hot water heater which was leaking. Upon inspecting the unit Craig found where it was leaking from on top of the unit. Apparently a hose had loosened and water was seeping from the water heater hose connection. Craig was able to tighten it down which resolved the issue. Both Craig & Bryan were courteous and professional. The problem was resolved in 15 to 30 minutes tops. I want to commend the staff at Ferguson-Veresh. From the ladies up front who handle the calls to the technicians who are dispatched to the problems. Keep up the outstanding work!
