They were professional, courteous and knowledgeable! They replaced the entire HVAC system and kept us in the know the whole time.!! Would recommend them to everyone!
We’re 45 minutes from Wichita, and still exclusively use James Lane. They’re prompt, professional, and do great work. We especially appreciate James, not to be confused with the company’s namesake. Never had a bad experience with anybody who’s been out, but I will request James every time.

Scheduling is super easy — Kim and Melody in the office make the whole process quick and painless.When Tim showed up to fix my plumbing issue, he was not only fast and efficient but also really friendly and easy to talk to. He explained what he was doing without making it complicated, and you could tell he genuinely cared about getting the job done right.Between the smooth scheduling and Tim’s great service, I’ll definitely be calling James Lane in the future!
Just had a new heat pump and system installed. The communication was perfect and so easy starting with Nick in sales to the calls ahead of time by the ladies in the office. The crew arrived right on time and the installation was flawless. Clayton. Mike & Micheal were confident and professional. Clean , neat installation and explained everything perfectly. I highly recommend James Lane. A no-stress process!
I have had James from James Lane come out multiple times this year and have been impressed by his service every time. I have had my old water heater replaced, a water main leak repaired and recently had my bathtub replaced by a walk-in shower, with grab bars. James and crew have been very professional and get the job done right, no matter what surprises an old DIYers home might be hiding. They are great about explaining what needs to be done and take the time to answer any questions you may have. I can't thank them enough!
