The tech that was sent was not the tech that was originally assigned to the repair so he had to base the repair of pictures and a phone call. He was extremely helpful and polite and explained everything he was doing. He was very adamant about keeping our home clean. He was only an HVAC tech and not a plumber so he couldn't replace my kitchen faucet as planned. We felt bad for the poor communication he received internally because he was told the wrong diameter copper pipe to buy and had to run for more. Again, tech was great and did excellent work quickly. I don't like to blame waiters if the cook screws up steak and this is like that where he did everything he could to fully complete the job. Two pipes that were re-routed together in a loop left the cut off ends still attached to the side of the boiler where they were cut off rather than removing and capping them also.
Luke has been excellent. He has excellent communication and customer service skills. Always answers and comes out right away as requested. Completes the job, takes pics and communicates back to you regarding what needs to be done or what has been done.
Luke, our service technician was Above and Beyond!Very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. we ask a few questions and he explained everything so my wife and I could fully understand. also made some wonrderful recommendations!! We highly recommend Hl Boman !
Luke was great. He was very knowledgeable, very professional and extremely personable. He answered and ENCOURAGED every question that I and my 8 year old son had. He fixed the unit with no issue and I was so pleased with the service that I began the service membership on the spot. Luke is scheduled to come next week to perform maintenance on the unit. I intentionally scheduled the appointment for when my 8 year old son will be home because my son likes to learn about taking care of the house. Not only did Luke not mind but he spoke to my son and told him that he was happy that he was interested. I am very happy that I have the opportunity to express this. Thank you and obviously H.L. Bowman and particularly Luke Thear are very highly recommended by me.
