Ken Rex provided us with a service visit quickly to repair our furnace. Bob Bellio was amazing as usual, super knowledgeable and even helped to repair another issue that he saw, that posed a carbon monoxide risk.
Bob the technician was excellent. This is the 2nd time in the past 6 months that I have had work done by Ken Rex. First time was replacement of the main water shut off valve in the house. Today was to replumb the water heater which was done 5 years ago by a Lowe's contractor and was leaking. Bob did a great job again he was very professional and knowledgeable and does high quality work on the repairs.
Neil was very cordial answering all the questions I had. He does great work. Would recommend him to everyone He even cleans up after himself!
