I had a bad experience with this company. I ordered a boiler, but they got the order wrong. When I tried to fix the issue, their customer service was terrible — they didn’t offer any solution and didn’t seem interested in helping at all. I won’t be buying from them again and I don’t recommend this company.

Absolutely horrible customer service dealing with delivery service, and when I called to reschedule a delivery I was told in so many words to “stop crying to the salesman”.I did try to call and make this aware to management, and despite the efforts of good people that work there, upper management refused to call me for about a month now, to even utter an apology despite my business with them for over 30 years, including current business. It’s sad that an employee could ruin a business relationship, and even worse no one cared to reach out to keep my current business. Business is hard enough now-a-days without being disrespected for simply giving someone that business.
