After a May 2025 visit from another company left us feeling pressured into an $11,000 sewer-line replacement due to “burst risk” from supposed terra cotta pipes, we called Dave Jordan for a second opinion. Dave came out in January 2026, quickly cleared the root obstruction, scoped the line to the street, and gave us the honest truth: our line is not terra cotta, and with regular root inhibitor treatment, we’re in good shape for years to come.
Reasonable, fast, and refreshingly honest—Dave saved us thousands and gave us peace of mind. This is what integrity in a tradesman looks like.

Jordan Plumbing is hands-down the best plumbing service I’ve worked with! Dave’s attention to detail is remarkable—he doesn’t miss a thing, ensuring every aspect of the project is done right the first time. What really impressed me, though, was how efficiently he worked without compromising on quality. He moved quickly through the project but still took the time to explain what he was doing and why, so I felt completely informed throughout the process. It’s rare to find someone who combines speed, precision, and professionalism as well as Dave does. Highly recommend!

I used Jordan plumbing for a kitchen drain redirect. Initial service was great and the job was done with professionalism. Unfortunately, there was a follow up leak on the work that was done and I have tried multiple times through email and their answering service (the only means of communication) to have someone come out and fix the issue. I'd love to leave a 5 star review if only someone would call me back.

Dave and Kate have been helping us with all types of plumbing repairs at our rental properties and at home for several years now and we've been very happy with their work. They are easy to communicate with, do good work, and charge fair prices. We definitely recommend!

I am a long-time customer of Jordan plumbing. They have done small repairs for me on sinks, toilets, drains, and they have done new heater and plumbing installs for me. They are knowledgable, honest, and do high quality work. Always on time. Can't ask for anything else.
