I can't speak highly enough about Ron LeBlanc. He knows his stuff and made the whole process super easy. Bre & Morgan from their Admin team were fantastic and super helpful getting all the info across quickly. Really made us feel like we were being looked after and having that kind of support to get things scheduled quickly was a huge relief when our old system broke down. Super company!

What a great experience getting a bathroom exhaust fan and a smart thermostat! Eddie and Cayden were on-time, professional, knowledgeable and their services were reasonably-priced. They took us through all the cool (pun intended) features of the ecobee thermostat and even showed us how to share it as husband and wife. Bluewater is a fantastic plumbing company. The whole process from submitting an RFQ to booking an appointment to the service work itself was great and a standard other companies should strive toward. Mike S was communicative, prompt and clearly an expert in the plumbing field. The work he did in my house was done flawlessly. Mike cleaned as he went and put protective coverings down to minimize any potential scuffing or marks that come with the territory of tool use. Bluewater has our business for all of our plumbing needs moving forward. I learned today that they offer yearly plumbing and HVAC contracts. I will be reaching out to inquire about those services and get on their list. What a great company and a great product!
