Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service

Friendly, professional, and no nonsense. It seems like most businesses these days like to push replacement or services that aren’t needed, I already was 95% sure of the issue and had elements for the tank, but didn’t have time to wait for tank to drain and needed to get hot water going for new tenants. Jesse came in confirmed that the issue was one of the elements, let me know he could use the parts that I had on site but they just obviously couldn’t warranty the part, and then got to work. He did have to quote me on the replacement option, but this was a nonstarter given my tank is relatively new. Jesse didn’t push the issue. Much appreciated to have fast friendly service. While I would have preferred to take care of this myself, I felt the price ($250) was fair for his time and same day service. No cost for the to show up which is common practice, and he was on site for just over 2 hours so it came to under $125/hour. While it probably only took 10 minutes to replace the part, he had to wait around for the drain. My only complaint would be that he didn’t put the panels back on the tank, but chalking this up to him leaving it how he found it since I had already pulled these off.

Caleb was wonderful in every sense of the word. From moment he walked in my door, perfect gentleman and personable. Caleb explained the work when i was price shocked, he was able to explain and work with me. Caleb answered all my concerns and questions. Caleb got to the root of the issue and worked diligently until all was done and clean. Thank you, even thought it was more than i would or thought I would spend, it was wort it. Thank you Caleb!

The lovely lady I booked with was very helpful and wonderful to speak, I didn’t think I’d laugh about my lack of hot water but there we were! Got me on the schedule same day and had John knocking on my door about 2 hours later. The bios and photos in the text made me feel safe and comfortable and John was great, got my water heater all fixed up quick while making friends with my dog! Overall 5stars start to finish!

I recently had Roto-Rooter come out to address a sewer pipe issue, and my technician, Carey, was absolutely outstanding. Carey was incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and professional from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what was going on every step of the way. His work ethic was impressive he was thorough, efficient, and truly went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. I’m extremely grateful for his help and would 100% recommend him for any service. If you get Carey as your technician, you’re in great hands!

We experienced an urgent drain issue in the early morning hours on a Friday, concerned that we might have to go through a weekend experiencing issues, we contacted Roto-Rooter and they had technicians Carey Shaw & Lamar Hall out before 9am the same day. They successfully diagnosed the issue and began to work on a resolution. Both were very respectful, knowledgeable and professional and were able to complete the job efficiently. When we had the unfortunate situation to experience another plumbing situation (not urgent) that occurred the same weekend, we immediately contacted Roto-Rooter again and requested the same technicians to come out. They were able to be there first thing Monday morning. They diagnosed the issue quickly, but it was extensive and could not be corrected at that time. We got an appointment a week later and again technician Carey Shaw along with technician Jesse Jewell showed up prepared and ready to complete the extensive task ahead. Once again, both were professional & knowledgeable and completed the work efficiently. We will definitely contact Roto-Rooter again with any of our plumbing needs.
