The Pleasant Plumber Inc.

Had two other plumbing companies come out previously to solve a backup issue i was having in the basement to no avail, called pleasant plumber and they sent Ethan out to diagnose and fix the issue. Ethan and his apprentice managed to diagnose and fix the issue in a very timely fashion. They were also very personable and respectful and happily answered all of the qurstions me and my spouse had for them. Went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly and did their best to mitigate the mess created. The final price was also very reasonable, several hundered lower then the other companies I have used in the past, 10 out 10 would recommend their services to anyone in need.

Q handled two tricky toilet installs for us and a couple other minor plumbing projects. He was great at advising us of options, how he had done his work and things to watch out for in the future. As a homeowner, that kind of guidance from a pro is invaluable.

I had totally plugged kitchen sink in my apartment, and though next available appointment was in 4 days, they squeezed me in their schedule very same day. The team of 2 guys did a pretty complicated job cleaning sewer from both - my neighbour's and my apartment, but in couple hours everything was done and cleaned, and a detailed report by email was provided. Great thanks to you guys!

Had Landon out to replace some plumbing and a sink in our basement. His expertise and professionalism was obvious the moment he came for a quote. The work he did was clean and exactly what we needed done. Overall really nice guy to deal with and chat with, nothing but a professional. Highly, highly recommended.
