I've used Transou's for years. A wide range of jobs for basic pipe repairs, pressure resolution, septic cleaning, toilet repair, and even custom drainage solutions for a basement sink. They are by and far the most responsive, friendly, and professional team I have ever worked with. Every crew member is insanely knowledgeable and every repair has lasted without fail. Anytime I have a plumbing issue, they are on speed dial, and typically all services are rendered the same day. Pricing is more than fair for the expertise and quality they provide in their services.
Transou’s made this job easy! Had to have the tank replaced. The crew was courteous and obviously experienced professionals. The job was completed in a few hours and now the system is functional. The crew, who were super easy to talk to, took care of everything and cleaned up the site before leaving. Having professionals deal with the septic tank issue made my life easier. The price was fair and the people are great. Recommend!
Service techs explained everything as they went n what everything was, n what plumbing issue we were having instead of septic issue like we initially thought.Even tho addresses got swapped and they had my aunts tank dug up n was about to empty it when found out they were at the billing address instead of service address. They had the best spirits about it regardless. They were really calm cool n professional to work alongside.
From the office staff who answered the phone to the plumber who came out, Transou’s Plumbing and Electric was very impressive. I spoke to Megan on a Monday morning and she was kind, helpful, and also just fun to speak with given the resin for my call. Early Tuesday afternoon Zachary came to our home (with notice of being in the way first which was appreciated). He was respectful, efficient, and even educated us on some things! Turns out the job was easier than we anticipated which was a pleasant surprise. He even left us with a fun business card that was a squeaky duck which our toddler loves! Highly recommend this company, they hire great people who will take great care of their customers.
10/10 would recommend! We had a plumbing emergency of our main drain pipe backing up, and leaking under our house due to decades of severe corrosion. We called Sunday evening, got a callback before 8am Monday. Jacob was able to come out on Monday just after lunch, and the major repair started Tuesday morning. By Wednesday afternoon, we were fully functional again. The entire Transou’s team was amazing. Excellent communication and customer service, very prompt service, no pushy upsells, and fair pricing for quality work. We also had them replace all three hose bibs while they were out.When we get to the next stages of updating our plumbing, Transou’s will be our only call.
