Of course needed emergency services on a Saturday night and Jude came out to problem solve the issue for us at 10pm! He was professional, kind, patient and understanding of a accidental but difficult situation. We really appreciate him getting our plumbing back up and running in a pinch. I called Roto Rooter when my plumbing backed up and I could not clear the clog with a toilet snake. They were out within an hour and had to remove the toilet to clear the clog. After snaking it with an industrial sized snake they cleared the clog which was all the way out to the septic tank. They replaced the toilet and left everything nice and neat (and easy for me to bleach).The initial price was over $1000, but he gave me a discount.Overall, I am very pleased with the service.
