Customer service was good but the actually technical work was lacking. I called because my A/C unit stopped blowing how it should be. When the technician showed up I explained what was the issue. I had already checked the condenser unit, thermostats, vents and filters but it seems like the blower is not blowing how it should. The technician check what I had told him I checked all ready, he did not check the ductwork or the blower motor. I pretty much paid someone to come just look at something that I knew was working he said he was going to verify everything but he did not. So now I have to pay someone to actually come and check why my unit is not blowing, and ended up paying $140 for someone to just look at the thermostats and condenser even though There was nothing wrong with them.

They listened to my questions patiently, even though they probably could have interrupted and given me the answer before I finished the question. I felt like I was treated with respect, and I had enormous faith in their competency and that their genuine goal was to ensure that I got the best outcome for my family in the home that we treasure. Jeffrey and his colleague did wonderfully on the electrical as well. All around it was very satisfying, and I appreciate their skill and professionalism

Jose Radillo is amazing, he is very knowledgeable and explains everything before he does it during the repair work process and when replacing the parts he will show you the old parts that were bad and why he replaced them giving you a piece of mind to not feel that parts were being changed for nothing just for a higher bill. He kept the bill very manageable and extremely fair. We loved Jose cause he just goes above and beyond and that to us was a fantastic technician!!! So i always ask for him whenever I use Campbell and Co!

We recently had Campbell & Company come out to clean our A/C vents, and they did an excellent job. The team was professional and respectful of our home—they even gave us a heads-up before arriving, which we really appreciated. They wore shoe covers before entering and vacuumed after cleaning each AC vent.

I also appreciated that they didn’t try to sell us anything unnecessary. Instead, they took the time to explain what we should do to properly maintain our system.

The technicians that came out to clean our duct work were very thorough and friendly. They worked diligently paying close attention to detail and ensuring nothing was skipped. Very reasonably priced as well. I definitely will use them again in the future. Thanks Campbell and Company!
