I had difficulty lighting the pilot on my old water heater, the technicians found the issue and worked at trying to remove the old part but with the water heater being as old as it was the parts and hardware were seized up. So I asked how much a replacement water heater would cost and told them to just replace the unit. They did a great job, both technicians were very personable, very knowledgeable, very professional.

My outside waterspout was leaking water and loose. This prevented me from connecting my underground sprinkler system to it. The guys came on the day and time scheduled. They were very professional and knowledgeable.
The job required them calling the city to turn off the main water and for one of them to go under the house to locate the leaking line. They completed the whole job in less than hour. They showed me the busted water line they replaced and discarded it. They reinforced the loose waterspout also. Their cost was reasonable.
