KNJ Plumbing & Heating

KNJ Plumbing & Heating provide fast and caring service to my elderly Dad that needed pilot light on furnace lit. He even called the next morning to make sure everything was working well and to advise me of a safety issue we should take care of. Highly recommend this company!

JR and Mark are everything you want in a plumber—super responsive, no-nonsense, and knowledgeable. We called them for help with a list of small issues around our new home, which they addressed quickly and at a fair price. But what earned JR a spot as our new go-to plumber was his kindness in helping us fix an after hours emergency issue we had, which we had been working with another plumber (unsuccessfully) to resolve. JR was able to help us reset a sensor on our boiler over the phone, and saved us from having to go another weekend without hot water (the other plumbers simply had no idea what they were doing, spent an hour fiddling with a bunch of wires, and told us we needed to replace an entirely different valve when a simple Google search would have told them they just needed to reset the sensor with a special sequence—which JR knew right away). We had already been without hot water for a week at this point, so when JR was able to save the day on a Friday night he became a household hero for us! He and Mark are our first calls from now on!

I had the pleasure of working with JR for a plumbing issue at my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He was incredibly reliable, arriving exactly when promised, and quickly diagnosed the problem. JR’s knowledge and expertise were evident as he explained the issue and provided an efficient solution. I highly recommend him for anyone in need of a trustworthy and skilled plumber!

I’ve used KNJ Plumbing for several projects in my home, and they’ve consistently delivered excellent service. They are always professional, courteous, and fair. Just last month, when my water heater broke and caused a mess, the owner personally arrived within 30 minutes. He quickly shut it down, removed the old unit, and installed a new one—all on the same day. The price was reasonable, and the work was done cleanly and efficiently. I highly recommend KNJ Plumbing to anyone in need of reliable and honest plumbing services.
