Several customers mention help learning pool care and operation, from maintenance instruction to an orientation on a new pool system. One customer describes the staff as courteous and timely, while another praises updates during the build and follow-up on minor issues. A different homeowner reports coping rock and pool plaster that wore away quickly, a charge for San Angelo service from Abilene, an over-18-month wait for spa-plaster repair, and a spa that still worked improperly and leaked through its wall afterward.

Beware what rock they use for coping. Soft Ok rock was sold to me at 50% reduced rate. It flakes and wears away leaving mortar joints “taller” than the rock. Around the spa it wears very quick and gets your clothes dirty like red dirt does. The pool plaster wears away quickly and needs to be replaced within 10-15 years. Service for San Angelo comes from Abilene area and you pay for the drive. Took over 18 months to repair plaster in Spa that was 8 years old. After repairs the spa doesn’t work proper and is now leaking out the wall of the spa.

Overall excellent experience with our new pool! Dave was great with the sales process and super helpful during the build itself keeping us informed. Once completed, Kortney gave us an excellent orientation on the operations and has been extremely helpful in resolving a couple minor issues in very timely manner!
