West Texas Pools & Spas

West Texas Pools and Spas is the only place I trust to test the water for my pool and hot tub. Everyone there is always friendly, helpful, and takes the time to explain exactly what I need to do to keep everything clean, balanced, and in good shape. They never make things complicated—they just give me straightforward advice and tell me what products I actually need. They have always treated me right, and I genuinely enjoy going in there. Great people, great service, and a business I’m happy to recommend!

Whoever is testing chemistry and giving advice should be trained more. Instead of addressing the actual issue (high phosphates), they kept pushing chlorine. That might be good for sales, but it’s not how you fix a pool. Anyone with real experience knows that dumping more chlorine into a phosphate-heavy pool is just a temporary cover-up—it does nothing to solve the root cause and leads to constant algae issues and wasted money. Do Better!

This place and the owners have saved me AND my pool on more than one occasion! They understand what is going on with your pool and give you clear and correct advice on what to do to fix it! If you are having problems or don't know what to do, go to West Texas Pools and Spas for help!

Problem Solvers! They know the products and HOW to use them! I had an issue installing a new pump on my pool. They had a viable solution for me in literally 10 seconds. I had spent 30 minutes at the National Chain looking at the exact same part I purchased from WTX, only they didn’t have the knowledge to advise on how to install it. Thank You!

I have used WTPS 3 times for different services on my pool (salt generator, pump, filter isues) and every single time they have done an awesome job. Its fixed right the first time and they are always fair. Their service tech is awesome I had to reschedule because of a vacation and 3 weeks later he remembered and asked me how it went and was very personable.
