Whoever is testing chemistry and giving advice should be trained more.Instead of addressing the actual issue (high phosphates), they kept pushing chlorine. That might be good for sales, but it’s not how you fix a pool. Anyone with real experience knows that dumping more chlorine into a phosphate-heavy pool is just a temporary cover-up—it does nothing to solve the root cause and leads to constant algae issues and wasted money.Do Better!

I have used WTPS 3 times for different services on my pool (salt generator, pump, filter isues) and every single time they have done an awesome job. Its fixed right the first time and they are always fair. Their service tech is awesome I had to reschedule because of a vacation and 3 weeks later he remembered and asked me how it went and was very personable.
