Have had the very large swim spa for over 5 years. Really enjoy it year round. Taught toddlers to swim in it! The service from Arctic Hot Tubs is excellent. Very helpful support people in Ajax. When needed they have come out to office with helpful knowledgeable technicians. Hoping the large filters will have replacement liners soon to save on wasting all the plastic. Love the Spa Boy and online checking of the water. Would recommend them!!
If fixing the fountain on my Arctic Hot Tubs Tundra was an Olympic sport, I think we’d all be medal contenders by now! ??That said, every interaction with Arctic Hot Tubs has been fantastic. Jesse from support was friendly, helpful, and made scheduling the service painless. Then Hayley arrived and once again worked her magic on our fountain with professionalism, patience, and a great attitude.At this point, the fountain and I have an ongoing relationship, but Arctic Hot Tubs continues to stand behind their product and provide excellent customer service every step of the way. Even when the fountain decides it needs “just one more repair,” the team is quick to respond and get us back to enjoying the tub.Thanks, Jesse and Hayley, for keeping our Tundra running and for proving that great customer service really does make all the difference!
I bought my Arctic Spa Cub about 20 years ago and it is still performing wonderfully. It is so well built that I’ve rarely needed maintenance support from the Whitby/Ajax team, maybe 3 times in 20 years, but they have always been prompt and helpful. Most recently Ryan M came by to fix a slow leak. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had the spare parts to complete the repair on the spot. My recent experiences with both Ryan and Jesse at the office have also been very positive. Thanks for your support when I need it!
We recently called and spoke to Jesse who got us set up with a service appointment to fix a broken pressure switch on our Arctic Spa Drifter hot tub. The experience was great and I really appreciated the follow up emails to confirm the appointment details. On the day of, Marty the technician sent us a text to confirm he was on the way which was great. He did a great job fixing the spa and explaining everything. The service was fast and affordable and we will definitely look to this company again in the future for any service we might need in the future.
Excellent experience with the repair of my Arctic Tundra hot tub. Jesse, the Arctic spas support person, was able to get me an appointment in a reasonable time. Ryan M, the technician, came to my residence on the day promised and within 10 minutes diagnosed the issue and gave me an estimate of the cost to repair. I accepted the cost and he was able to repair the issue with the hot tub. Ryan then checked the hot tub to ensure all pumps were running properly. Ryan was friendly and very personable. Jesse contacted me a couple of days after the service was performed to check that everything was okay and answer any questions. Would highly recommend. Thanks Jesse and Ryan.
