Pristine Pools

Maintaining a pool can be complex, and it is not always easy to know who to trust. Having worked with Pristine for several years, we have come to truly trust their honesty and expertise. One example that stands out is when we were dealing with high closing costs due to frequent winter cover and water bag replacements, as our on ground pool and deck combination is particularly hard on covers. After doing research, we received mostly underwhelming feedback from other service providers, but Jackson at Pristine provided thoughtful and practical advice. He recommended we leave the cover off during the winter and walked us through the things we need to watch and look out for to avoid any issues. We were hesitant but we decided to trust and happy we did. Over the past 3 pool closings we followed this approach with zero issues. I genuinely appreciate the Pristine team’s trustworthy, knowledgeable guidance and their commitment to doing what’s right for their customers.

Pristine Pools provides an excellent comprehensive pool service that we have enjoyed for a number of years now. Their team members are prompt, responsive and knowledgeable, always keen to help and focus on customer satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a company that does not overcharge and knows how to provide everything you need to keep your pool in top shape and operating reliably.

I recently started using the services of Pristine Pool for my pool cleaning and maintenance needs, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Justin and Devon have been absolutely fantastic in ensuring my pool stays in pristine condition. Even though I have to wait for the schedule for first day which today to fit me in, but the quality of their service more than makes up for it. Justin is incredibly thorough, always taking the time to explain what he's doing and why it's important. Devon is equally professional and attentive, making sure every corner of the pool is spotless. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction are evident in every visit. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of reliable and high-quality pool maintenance. Thank you, Justin and Devon, for your outstanding work! Last but not the least on the phone Rachel !!
