Kim is incredibly knowledgeable and truly cares about her customers. She never tries to sell you products you don't need. Instead, she takes the time to work with you and help you get your pool looking its absolute best. Her honesty, expertise, and outstanding customer service keep me coming back. I won't go anywhere else, and I recommend her 100%!
I called this place twice and never could get through to anyone. The woman answers the phone and immediately says please hold and puts you on hold. After awhile of listening to hold music I just hung up and called back again for an identical experience. I gave up and called the pool place down the road and got what I needed. I'll definitely be going back to the place down the road and never again consider my business at this place.
I bought my pool 26 years ago from job rite and still get all my pool supplies from job rite. Kim is amazing and so helpful when we run into a problem. She’s a terrific business owner and her compassionate nature is amazing!
Very helpful. We have never owned a spa before so we were typical first time buyers. A little backstory, apparently the actual owners of the Clearwater Spa company changed hands. We had a very unleveled patio and needed a platform built that would level the tub. Matt attempted for weeks to get base measurements from Clearwater itself and they could not give us an answer on the dimensions, specifically the radius of the corners. God bless him and his patience of a saint- he attempted who knows how many times to get an answer with no success. So upon delivery of the spa to Job-Rite, Matt measured the base and we sent the information to Brent (highly recommend if you need to level your pad/patio/land) prior to install.At installation, we had a DOA hot tub. No bubbles, no lights, no worky-worky anything. Apparently, the fuse was bad. Matt came to our home immediately to replace the corroded fuse. Bingo! All jets up and running. He walked us through chemical composition and what to look for when using test strips.Understanding our frustration when the process began in March, tub being delivered in July, and a few other minor mishaps between the corroded fuse, the breaker that kept tripping and having to be replaced, I recommend Job-Rite. They are no-nonsense, tell it like it is people that steer you in the right direction. We did not get the top of the line hot tub we got the best bang for our buck and are overall thrilled with our purchase. Thank you, Matt and team!
Honestly giving 1 star makes me cringe. I was treated rudely two years ago by (assuming her name is Kim by the other bad reviews concerning her) but I gave her grace thinking maybe it was a bad day.No!! Today I went in to get my water tested. Only to have her look up my account and rudely insult me as to why I haven’t purchased chemicals from her in a year. I explained that our pool was getting redone and we were having issues and it wasn’t open last year. She called me a liar and asked where I was purchasing my products and said I would have to pay $20 if I wanted my water tested. Great, I’ll pay $20. Well it didn’t stop there, she continued to be rude and insult me. I WILL NEVER WALK IN THIS STORE AGAIN!!!!!!I’ve seen her treat everyone that walks in that store rudely and is NOT professional what so ever!Give another company that appreciates their customers business! Not here!
