Jason gets perturb if my pool is not crystal clear and so do I. I swim laps almost daily. It bugs him if pools aren’t perfect, seriously this guy strives for perfection and he attains it. His mom gets on us if we are not keeping our side of the bargain up. She will chew us out, but it’s all good my pool is perfect from April to October. I appreciate you Jason. Bellinger-O’Malley.
We have been customers of Lowry for almost 20 years when they first installed our pool. They have come out to open and close each year, and we always get our chemicals from them as well. They have always been great and we absolutely love them!
Put a deposit down 18 months ago for pool install....kept pushing us back..early July, mid July, end of July, September. Early August just sent our deposit back without even talking to us. Said can't install for at least a year? I get supplies are hard to come by but really? They break a contract and it's ok,we try to break it..look out!!! It was all about the money. They just want to charge us a lot more if we ever get a pool? Horrible customer service!! Can't even get the owner to call us back, hiding hoping we'll let it go...nope!!!
