After vetting over a dozen pool companies across the Akron area, Majestic Pools in Norton was in a class of their own. Some companies never returned my calls, others wasted my time, made promises they couldn’t deliver, or told me what I wanted simply couldn’t be done.Then Majestic Pools showed up and proved them all wrong. Justin Hayes, Mike Staab, and Michael Staab run a true family business built on integrity, reputation, and doing things the right way. From the very first conversation, they listened, collaborated, and followed through on every commitment.Our pool started as an unusable 1980’s-style layout with almost no shallow end, a huge deep end, and those terrible removable plastic stairs that had to be weighed down with sandbags. Those stairs collected algae, threw off the pool’s balance, and took up what little shallow end we had. It was basically a Navy SEAL training pool... not a relaxing backyard oasis!I brought them a design idea to completely rework the space, and they executed it perfectly. Today, our pool is a modern sport and activity pool with a large full-width set of built-in steps that double as relaxing benches, making it functional, safe, and enjoyable for everyone. They topped it off with a high-quality vinyl liner that makes the pool inviting, bright, and fun for all ages.They communicated every step of the way, finished on time, and the results speak for themselves. If you're shopping for a pool service, this is your stop. I used a different service for 4 years and kept having the same issues with the pool. Majestic came out and not only fixed the issues, but explained what we were doing wrong. Then gave detailed steps to correct our actions to prolong the pool's life. They're very professional and I highly recommend them for all of your pool needs.
I'm a first time pool owner, I was super overwhelmed when I went to clean the pool and all of the stuff involved. Although they are in their super super busy season Samantha could tell how frustrated I was and she made sure to have someone come the following day. Mike took the time after hours to come back to my house after opening the pool and go over EVERYTHING with me. He went over the pump, the filter, chemicals the type of pool I have and gave me different options! He was extremely knowlegable, very detailed and so helpful! I'm so happy I called majestic pools to open the pool for me, they truly went above and beyond!!
I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Majestic Pools in replacing my inground pool liner. Their finished product and workmanship was phenomenal, and their pricing was competitive to say the very least. I worked with Justin specifically, he was so friendly and professional to work with, prompt, and left me with a beautiful product. I can’t think of any way my experience could have been better! I HIGHLY recommend them and I would trust them with any pool needs! EASY 5 stars!
I’m so happy that my coworker in the area recommended Majestic Pools to me several years ago. I hope that they will always be in business so that I never have to look for anyone else to service my pool. They are prompt, reliable and affordable. They do a great job & show up when they say they will. If you use anyone else for your pool, you most certainly could do better by calling Majestic Pools!
