The product itself is great. Only had 2 weeks now. The delivery teem and personel leave somthing to be desired. This place came highly recommended with great service. Not the case. We did not get the great service that was described by others. Such a shame. Good service goes a long way!
The team at Ohio Pools And Spas were very professional and took really good care of us! The whole process was very easy from selecting the hot tub having it delivered and professionally installed! They even removed my old hot tub. A technician came out filled the tub up applied the chemicals and Did a very thorough walk-through of our new Hot tub! This is my second hot tub with them, and I wouldn’t recommend anybody else!

Most of the inventory here is gently used or has very minor shipping damage, but the quality is still top-notch. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me find exactly what I needed without any pressure. Highly recommend checking this place out if you're in the market for a spa without paying full price!
