My visit was very quick and easy. Worker Kieran Brown answered my question about the product, and then carried it to the car for me. He was pleasant and helpful. I like the fact that a-frame puts its frequently sold items in a convenient place by the register, for easy checkout, too.
As my pool is now 18 years old every spring there is a need for maintenance or component replacement and also for general supplies. Although I have local companies closer to me I always drive the 20 minutes to A Frame due to their excellent knowledge, friendly service, and huge inventory. Yesterday I was helped by Lexi who reminded me why I drive the 40 minute round trip. She was very knowledgeable and patient and supported me by phone when I had question at home. I highly recommend A Frame pools.

Could not be happier with the spa, service and value. Jim and his team at A Frame were super easy to work with and informative. The high level of service throughout and after the purchase is frankly unheard of these days. It seems like buying a locally manufactured spa saves thousands in shipping. We never had a spa before and we've used it all winter long, it is awesome... should have done it a long time ago.
